Shankar is an Engineering Leader with Pure Storage and currently leads the Production Engineering Team in India. He has 20+ years of experience in the IT Industry. In his previous role/org, at Intuit, he led the Observability and Analytics team and made significant contributions towards reducing MTTD and MTTR for incidents. Prior to that, Shankar was part of the Telecom(OSS/BSS) industry and led multiple initiatives including unification of self-care platforms across verticals(Telecom/Energy/Cable).
