Dhiraj Khare

Passionate about technology, mainly Open Source, Dhiraj Khare is proficient in Sales, Strategic Marketing, and Business Development. In his current role as General Manager – Sales, Taashee Linux Services, he is responsible for working closely with parent companies, partners and customers to generate growth figures from South India region. He is also responsible for the delivery of couple of software development projects.

Prior to Taashee, he has worked for over three years as Product Manager for LINUX For You magazine and Open Source India–Asia’s leading Open Source Conference.

He is also the Secretary and Adviser of Forum for Open Source Initiatives in India (FOSII)–the forum behind organizing Open Source India. With passion and commitment towards strengthening the Open Source eco-system in India, he is looking forward to assist in organizing the 2013 edition of Open Source India.

Dhiraj believes in solving complex problems, in the simplest of ways, by leverage his marketing and communication experience in the IT and Electronics industry, his technical background, and journalistic skill to logically explore
concepts and address issues.

Dhiraj hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering. Apart from being a hard core Sales guy, he loves to share technical knowledge with young aspirants. Led by this interest, he often makes time and visits various technology and management institutes as guest lecturer. Some of the topics on which he likes to speak and share knowledge are:
  • Developing Web applications
  • Business Models Around Open Source
  • Best Practices of Event Management, et al.

Divyanshu Verma

Divyanshu has more than 15 years of experience in Software Industry with 4 years of international work experience. He has extensively worked in product and services organizations in the area of development of device drivers in particular Ethernet, NAND and NOR, growth strategy development, market positioning, acquisition strategies and due diligence, brand building, new business and new market development, project/program management, offshoring and outsourcing strategies, and vendor management.
He has worked in product development organizations and have extensive experience in leading teams in Linux kernel development for both embedded Linux and as well as enterprise class Linux on x86 platform.
He has led teams in fortune 50 organizations and has also worked with startup organization.
At present Divyanshu focuses on strategy, growth and delivery of enterprise class Linux Servers on Dell PowerEdge platforms and leads implementation of organization wide innovation initiatives.
He leads the effort to define and create new enterprise class servers that fit to APJ and other emerging markets, where requirements are different than North America and Europe. He closely works with Dell India marketing team and advises them on key accounts and emerging market scenario.
He also actively participates in building and enhancing “Brand Dell” in Open Source community.
Divyanshu holds multiple patents and has authored national and international whitepapers. Divyanshu is an e-GMP alumnus of IIM Bangalore and an MTech from IIT Delhi.

Dibya is a technology consultant, mentor & strategist. With a deep experience of working across the ladder in the services and consulting sector, with roles ranging from enterprise consultant to technology head. Dibya consults several CMM5 & Fortune 100/500 companies across different continents, for their different technology, engineering & process requirements.
Dibya has been using collaborative implementation model, use lean technologies & processes for better technical and business process management. An advocate of open source technology, Dibya supports community projects, helps organization/business units adopt open source technologies for their product or service needs.
