Passes OSI 2018

Open Source India 2019 has FIVE different Passes.

  • 1. Community Pass
  • 2. Community ++
  • 3. Gold Pass
  • 4. Diamond Pass
  • 5. Platinum Pass
  • 6. Only Workshop Pass
  • Plus - Pricing for Bulk Passes

For GOLD, DIAMOND and PLATINUM
You can attend "Comicality by Atul Khatri" at no cost. This programme starts at 7PM on the 11th of October in Hall 1.

Below are the details of pricing along with what each pass entitles you to.

Which Pass To Go For And How?

Conferences: To attend conferences you go for any of the below 4 pass. Each pass allows access to different tracks and workshop as given below

1. COMMUNITY Pass

You get access to following tracks (first-come-first-serve basis):
Free for first 2000 registration
You get access to following tracks (first-come-first-serve basis):
  • * Keynotes (Day1 and Day2)
  • * Expo
  • * Open Source and You (Day1, HALL 1)
  • * OpenStack Mini Conf (Day2, HALL 2)

2. Community ++

You get access to following tracks (first-come-first-serve basis):
Fee: Rs 999/- Without any discount
  • * Keynotes (Day1 and Day2)
  • * Expo
  • * Open Source and You (Day1, HALL 1)
  • * Cloud and Big Data (Day1, HALL 3)
  • * OpenStack Mini Conf (Day2, HALL 2)
  • * Database Day (Day2, HALL 1)
  • * Tea/ Coffee twice a day during break between tracks

Special Note: Register for this pass and pay. You can claim a refund after attending the event, all you need to do is get your Barcode on the pass scanned both days at the venue. The refund will be processed after TWO weeks of the event date.

3. GOLD Pass

Below are the tracks that you can attend after registering for GOLD Pass

Fee: Rs 2499/- One day
Fee: Rs 2999/- Two Days

(Including taxes)

You get access to following tracks (ALL Conferences):
  • * Open Source and You (Day1, HALL 1)
  • * Application Development Day (Day1, HALL 2)
  • * Cloud and Big Data (Day1, HALL 3)
  • * Cyber Security Day (Day1, HALL 3)
  • * Database Day (Day2, HALL 1)
  • * OpenStack Mini Conf (Day2, HALL2)
  • * DevOps Day (Day2, HALL2)
  • * Smart IT India (Day2, HALL 3)
  • * Tea/ Coffee twice a day during break between tracks.
  • * Access to Videos of sessions
  • * Access to any workshop at 50% discount

4. DIAMOND Pass

Below are the tracks that you can attend after registering for DIAMOND Pass

Fee: Rs 2999/- One Day
Fee: Rs 3999/- Two Day

(Including taxes)

You get access to following tracks:
Everything that you get for Gold Pass
  • * Complimentary Lunch
  • * Tea/ Coffee twice a day during break between tracks.
  • * Certificate of Attendance
  • * Access to videos of sessions
  • * Access to any workshop at 50% discount

5. Platinum Pass

Below are the tracks that you can attend after registering for Platinum Pass

Fee: Rs 7499/- (Including taxes)
You get access to following tracks and workshop:
  • * Access to any THREE Workshops
  • * Complimentary Lunch on both days
  • * Tea/ Coffee twice a day during break between tracks.
  • * Certificate of Attendance
  • * Plus everything that you get for Diamond Pass

WORKSHOP

If you want to attend a workshop--you have THREE options:
  • 1. Either purchase the Diamond Pass and get access to any Workshop by paying 50% of workshop fee.

  • OR

  • 2. Purchase the Platinum Pass, and get access to any THREE possible workshops

  • OR

  • 3. Buy the pass for that specific workshop @ Rs. 2999/- (Including taxes) Per Workshop

By default, when you register, you are eligible for the Community Pass (FREE for 500). You also get a LOGIN assigned to you. Once you login, you can upgrade/buy any type of paid pass.

Your invite/badge will list the level of pass or list of workshops purchased by you. You can login to your account on the website and print the pass and come to the venue to avoid the queues at the Registration Desk, else get the same from the Registration Desk too. Your invite/badge will also be e-mailed to you 15 days before the event.
